March 11, 2018 Update…
Today marks the end of another season of flag football with the tournament weekend. Their team ended up with only 4 players available but fought hard. They went into the quarter finals and won the game 40-22 with many great plays across the team including a few TD catches by Isaac. Into the semi-finals against a team from their division (sounds like they may not have beat them in the regular season) but played hard and never gave up winning the game on the play of the game with one of Isaac’s team mates running for a TD to finish the close game 32-28. The Comeback Kids – which is the name they picked for themselves at the start of the season were off to the championship game against a team that had about 10 players. Another hard fought game right down to the last play but the pass was incomplete into the endzone and they had to settle for second place with a score of 33-26. Great game by the entire team and some awesome plays by Isaac. So proud of him and his team. What an incredible way to end the season. Great job Isaac and team.
